Took 15 mins to send out a bacon and egg roll and a plate of pancakes despite there being no customers first thing on a Sunday morning. I can deal with that, you're prepping. As a chef, my expectations are not that high of a place like this but if I request a runny egg from a place that offers all day breakfast, I expect to get it without having to ask twice and still not get what I paid for. Seriously, if you can't cook an egg without busting the yolk, find a new job.
